Our president, Rodney Hadley, began as a commercial and industrial electrician. Inspired by his father's work ethic and success, he joined the trade. He learned early in his career that he could combine his passion for the environment with his knowledge in the electrical field to provide his clients with options that could help them save energy and money. He set out to learn more about the positive effects that energy management systems have on our economy and our environment.
After earning his master electrician license and receiving his Commercial Energy Audit Certification, he decided it was time to pursue his dream. He earned his contractor's license and began combining his electrical contracting knowledge with his knowledge of energy efficiency products. Today, Hadley Energy Solutions provides, designs, and installs all aspects of energy efficiency and energy management systems. Once our company had become established in the electrical contracting and energy management industry, we expanded into lighting design and facility compliance.

Safety Is Non-Negotiable
Our employees are trained extensively in general construction safety, electrical safety, manufacturing safety and compliance, food manufacturing safety and compliance, good manufacturing practice (GMP), and healthcare life safety and compliance.
We currently have a safety program that involves weekly safety meetings and jobsite visits from our contracted safety consultant company. The safety consultant also provides CPR, first aid, and OSHA 10 training. Our focus on safety has given us the honor of winning the Gold Standard Step Award.
